Privacy policy
What I do with your data, why, and what your rights are. Short and clear.
01What this document is
This privacy policy explains which personal data I process when you contact me, book an appointment or follow one of my courses, why I do so and which rights you have. I find it important that you know what happens with your data, so I keep it as clear as possible.

Questions or a request about your data? Feel free to send a message, I will respond as soon as possible.
02Which data I process
I only collect what I need to help you well. Depending on your situation, that may include:
- Your name and the way I can reach you, such as your phone number via WhatsApp.
- The content of our messages, so I can follow up on your question or appointment.
- Appointment details: which treatment or course, the date and the time.
- For a course: possibly your age, if that matters for the training or a certificate.
I do not ask for data I do not need, and I do not keep more than necessary.
03Why I use your data
I use your data for a few concrete things:
- To answer your message and plan an appointment or course with you.
- To remind you of an appointment or to discuss something.
- To keep my administration up to date, for example for taxes.
The legal basis for this is the performance of our agreement, your consent when you contact me yourself, and my legal duty to keep certain data.
04How long I keep your data
I do not keep your data longer than necessary. Messages and appointment details I keep as long as that is useful for our cooperation. Data I must keep for my administration or the tax authorities I keep for the legal term (for financial records that is seven years in the Netherlands). After that I delete them.
05Who I share data with
I never sell your data and do not just share it with others. I only share something when it is really necessary, for example:
- With WhatsApp, because our contact runs through that app. The WhatsApp privacy policy applies to that message traffic.
- With my accountant or the tax authorities, insofar as legally required.
Beyond that, everything stays between us.
06Your rights
It is your data, so you have control over it. You may always:
- See which data I have about you.
- Ask to correct them if something is wrong.
- Ask to have them deleted, unless I am legally required to keep them.
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Want to make use of this? Send me a message and I will arrange it.

07Changes to this policy
Sometimes something changes in my way of working or in the rules. Then I adjust this privacy policy. At the top of the page you can see when it was last updated. So check every now and then whether something has changed.
