The agreements around treatments, courses and payment. So we both know where we stand.
01What these terms apply to
These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments and courses at Nails by Margo in Mierlo. As soon as you book an appointment or sign up for a course, you agree to what is written below. That way we both know where we stand.

02Making appointments
We plan an appointment together, usually via WhatsApp. An appointment is fixed once I have confirmed it to you. Prefer a different time? Let me know in good time and we will see together what fits.
03Cancelling or rescheduling
Cannot make it? No problem, it happens. I do ask you to let me know as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Then someone else can use that spot.
If you cancel at very short notice or do not show up without a message, I may charge for the reserved time or part of it. I do not like doing that, so a timely message is always nicest for both of us.
04Prices and payment
The prices I quote are in euros. For most treatments and courses you pay on the day itself. For a course consisting of several days, we can make different payment arrangements in advance. I always tell you beforehand what something costs, so there are no surprises.
05Courses, training and the certificate
In my courses you learn the craft at your own pace. At the end of a course you can receive a certificate of participation. That certificate shows you followed and completed the course with me.
It is a certificate of participation from my own practice. It is not a nationally recognised diploma. As a start and for your own development it is a good foundation, and I am happy to explain what it does and does not mean.
A minimum age sometimes applies for taking part in a course. If you are younger, permission from a parent or guardian is required.
06What I ask of you
To help you as well as possible, I ask you to:
- Be honest about allergies, health issues or previous treatments that may be relevant.
- Arrive on time, so we have all the calm and time for your treatment or lesson.
- Treat the materials and the workspace with care during a course.
07What you may expect from me
I do my work with attention and care, with clean materials and the knowledge I have built up over all these years. I treat your data confidentially, as described in my privacy policy, and I am happy to help you figure out what suits you best.
08Liability
I do everything I can to give you a good treatment. Still, I cannot be held responsible for complaints that arise because important information, such as an allergy, was not shared with me beforehand. Do you react unexpectedly to something after a treatment? Let me know and we will see together what is needed.
09Changes
I may adjust these terms from time to time, for example when my way of working changes. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is always the current version.
